Esperanza Grocery

This is a small one-horse town, well maybe more. There has been a gravel road for years and not much going on. There is a soccer field, police station, 1 restaurant, a new school and a church. Times are about to change as now they are paving the road and it will only be about 15 minutes to the beautiful beach of Playa Zancudo. It's really a good location as so many people travel through to get to the beach.
The grocery store has been here for many years, passed down through the family. The owner is ready to do other things. The square footage is quite large now as he has added on for several times. There is a nice piece of land or garden on the side of the property and in the back.
There is great potential here for someone enterprising who wants to build up the area into something bigger.
